Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer does not benefit from a right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport of goods services, car rental services, catering services or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
